Yes! Patterns are accessible in your account for 72 hours after purchase. To access your digital files, just click on your account.
What do I do if the link to my pattern has expired before I’ve had a chance to download my pattern?
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you clink the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please try another browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file. Our files are saved as PDFs and can be downloaded with Adobe reader. You can download a free version of Adobe here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
If your computer is unable to download the full pattern page and only a portion of the page is showing up, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. It’s also possible there is not enough memory on your computer. Try opening the file on another computer or try saving the file to your computer and then click and print the PDF directly from the file directory. Simply right click on the file name and select print. If you are still having issues, please email me at email@example.com.
The pattern store won’t come up after I click on the shop page.
If you’ve clicked on the start shopping page and the categories links won’t download, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please try opening the website and the page in another browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.

Can I purchase a paper version of the pattern?
While paper versions are not listed in the catalog, you are welcome to request one by emailing at email@example.com. We will send you a PayPal invoice which includes the paper pattern plus shipping costs. A PayPal account is not required.
